Please confirm these before the arrival window:
  • Power must be active at [ADDRESS] — service cannot be completed without it.
  • Water must be running — required for all wet-zone sanitization and equipment.
  • Clear access to the property at the start of the [TIME_WINDOW] window.
  • Remove personal items from surfaces you'd like cleaned (countertops, desks, bathroom vanities).
  • For occupied homes: cabinet interiors will not be opened per our Cabinet Barrier protocol — surface cleaning only unless otherwise arranged.
  • Dust all reachable horizontal surfaces, shelves, ceiling fans, and light fixtures
  • Vacuum all floors, carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture surfaces
  • Mop all hard-floor surfaces with a HEPA-rated microfiber system
  • Wipe down kitchen countertops, stovetop, and exterior appliance surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize bathroom sinks, vanities, mirrors, toilets, and tub/shower surrounds
  • Apply 275°F thermal shock steam to all wet-zone fixtures (see below)
  • Empty and reline all trash receptacles
Standard fixture steam is included. Full-room steam is an upgrade.
Standard (included): Targeted 275°F dry vapor on wet-zone fixtures — toilet, sink, faucet hardware, shower/tub floor, and surrounding grout. On every visit.
All Hard Surfaces ($80/room): Extends steam to the entire room hard-surface footprint — all tile floors, full grout lines, baseboards, and hard walls. A volumetric upgrade per room.
Exclusions (always): Wide-plank hardwood and high-gloss lacquer are excluded from steam treatment.
The following require a separate quote or add-on arrangement:
  • Blind cleaning — per-hour basis only; not in flat-rate scope. We do not assume liability for plastic or vinyl blinds — UV exposure makes the slats brittle and prone to breakage. Your specialist will flag condition before proceeding.
  • Full room steam (All Hard Surfaces) — $80/room upgrade; see above
  • Inside oven / refrigerator — available as add-ons; quote on request
