Your Visit — [DATE]
[FIRST_NAME] — before we arrive, here is exactly what the protocol covers and what it does not. No surprises.
Your Service Level

- ✓ Empty and reline all trash receptacles
Steam Protocol — The Details
Not all steam is the same scope. Here is the exact distinction:
Standard (included):
Targeted 275°F dry vapor on wet-zone fixtures — toilet bowl and base, sink basin, faucet hardware, shower or tub floor, and grout surrounding fixtures. Applied on every visit, no add-on required.
All Hard Surfaces ($80/room add-on):
Extends steam from fixtures to the room's entire hard-surface footprint — all tile floors, complete grout lines, baseboards, and hard walls. A full volumetric treatment, not just spot coverage. Available as an add-on per room.
Exclusions (always):
Wide-plank hardwood, high-gloss lacquer, and similar delicate finishes are excluded from steam treatment to prevent surface damage.
Not Included in Your Flat-Rate Scope
The following are not part of the standard protocol — each is available as an add-on:
- Blind cleaning — quoted and performed on a per-hour basis; not included in flat-rate pricing due to variable panel count and condition. Note: Bravo Maids does not assume liability for plastic or vinyl blinds — prolonged UV exposure makes the slats brittle and prone to breakage during cleaning. We will flag condition before proceeding.
- Full room steam (All Hard Surfaces) — $80/room upgrade; see steam protocol above
- Inside cabinet interiors — Cabinet Barrier protocol applies to occupied homes; interior cabinet cleaning requires prior arrangement
- Inside oven / refrigerator — available as individual add-ons; quote on request

Why 275°F? At that temperature, dry vapor achieves two distinct effects simultaneously: protein denaturation — destroying bacteria and biological material at the cellular level — and ionic bond disruption, which breaks the mineral adhesion from hard-water and coastal salt aerosol that standard cleaning cannot reach.
