After the walkthrough, you receive a fixed total quote, not an open-ended hourly estimate.
Wide-plank hardwood floors and high-gloss lacquered surfaces are always excluded from 275°F Thermal Shock Steam treatment. These surfaces require specialized dry or low-moisture protocols. We identify and flag all exclusions during the walkthrough so your finishes are protected.
